Fifteen-year-old Samantha Mwamondwe is a beacon of hope for Malawi in female karate. In 2024, she won two gold medals at the Japanese Ambassador’s Karate Championship in Zambia. And she also bagged gold and silver medals at the Zimbabwean Kurai Open Championship.
