James Chiutsi had a landmark year in leadership and global recognition.
Appointed Chairman of the IPC Membership Engagement Committee and awarded the Medal of Honor by the African Union Sports Council Region 5 Games, he also received an Honorary Doctorate from Loughborough University for his outstanding contribution to sport.
Under his guidance, the Malawi Paralympic Committee conducted successful AGMs, created distinct sport codes to promote diversity, and delivered medal-winning performances at the Region 5 Games in Namibia.
