At only 16 years old, Suhail is already one of the best up-and-coming youngsters in the African region. His key achievements include:
• 4 wicket haul for just 8 runs against Cameroon which earned him the player of the match.
• 13 wickets in 5 matches which earned him bowler of the tournament in the World T20 Division 2 Group A Qualifiers held in Tanzania in September 2024.
• Helped seal Malawi’s first ever qualification for the World T20 Division 1 Qualifiers to be held in 2025.
• Domestically, Suhail has also been instrumental in The Cricket Academy team Limbe Mimbulu winning the Blantyre Men’s 50 Over League for the first time.
