Kefasi Kasten is a seasoned long-distance runner and soldier with the Malawi Defence Force.
In 2025, he clinched bronze at the CAA Track and Field Championships in Harare,
and earned silver medals in the Mzuzu Half Marathon, the National Championship. He successfully defended his silver in the Blantyre Full Marathon.
